After your rerquest has been finalized and our services have been delivered, we keep your data for 30 more days, in case of any issue after your request and our services have been finalized and delivered. After the retention period of 30 days, we will delete your personal data.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and investigation results. Information will only be shared with authorized personnel and the client. Information will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
Limitation of liability
EthOSINT is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for how they use the information provided and must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Refund
It may occur that we are unable to gather any information based on your request. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund of any payment made for the service.
